THE CONSTITUTION (SCHEDULED TRIBES) ORDER (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2022
NO. 1 OF 2023
An Act further to amend the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 to modify the list of Scheduled Tribes in the State of Tamil Nadu.
Short title.
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II— SEC. 1]C.O. 22.
2. In the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950, in the Schedule, in Part XIV.—
Tamil Nadu, after entry 36, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—
"37. Narikoravan, Kurivikkaran.".

CORRIGENDUM
In the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 (47 of 2021), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, dated the 25th December, 2021, Issue No. 64, at page 9, in line 36, for "nomination under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 14", read "election under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 17".

In the Lakshadweep Open Places (Prevention of Defacement) Regulation, 2022 (6 of 2022), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, dated the 20th December, 2022, Issue No. 28, at page 3, in section 11, in the marginal heading, for "Act", read "Regulation".
