का.आ. 28(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, सरकारी स्थान (अप्राधिकृ त अधिभोगियों की बेदखली) अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 40) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) में का.आ. संख्यांक 3428 (अ), तारीख 12 जुलाई, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय (रसायन एवं पेट्रोरसायन विभाग) की अधिसूचना को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है, या करने का लोप किया गया है, श्री जितेन्द्र मलिक, प्रबंधक (एमएसएस/कॉर्पोरेट वित्त), हिंदुस्तान ऑर्गेनिक के मिकल्स लिमिटेड को इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ संपदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, जो नीचे दी गई सारणी में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर हिंदुस्तान ऑर्गेनिक के मिकल्स लिमिटेड से संबंधित सरकारी स्थानों के संबंध में शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे, और उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या उसके अधीन सम्पदा अधिकारी के लिए अधिरोपित ड्यूटी का पालन करेंगे, अर्थात:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2022

S.O. 28(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (Act.40 of 1971) (hereinafter referred to the said Act), and in supersession of the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) vide number S.O. 3428.(E), dated the 12th July, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Jitender Malik, Manager (MSS/Corporate Finance), Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited as estate officer, for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on estate officer by or under the said Act, in respect of the public premises belonging to the Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited within the local limits as specified in the following Table, namely:-
