का.आ. 38(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा3घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3488(अ).— दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 2022, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 2022 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में पैरा नंबर 1 और 2 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th January, 2023
S. O. 38(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 3488(E), dated 28th July, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Para No. 1 and 2:-
