का.आ. 73(अ).— जबकि भारत सरकार के नौवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या एस.ओ.4301 (ई) दिनांक 14 सितंबर, 2022 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया है। , असाधारण संख्या 4120, भाग II, धारा 3, उप-धारा (ii) और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3ए की उप-धारा (1) के तहत जारी (बाद में उक्त अधिनियम के रूप में संर्दर्भत) ), कें द्र सरकार ने कि.मी.

से भूमि के विस्तार पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 67 के निर्माण (चौड़ाई / दो लेन आदि), रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन के लिए उक्त अधिसूचना से जुड़ी अनुसूची में र्निर्दष्ट भूमि का अधिग्रहण करने के अपने इरादे की घोषणा की। तमिलनाडु राज्य में तिरुवरूर जिले में 1/600 से किमी 80/133 (नागपनििम - तंजावुर खंड)।

और जबकि उक्त अधिसूचना का सार दो स्थानीय समाचार पत्रों "थिनाथंथी" (तमिल) और "द हिंदू" (अंग्रेजी) में प्रकाशित किया गया है, दोनों दिनांक 28 सितंबर, 2022 की धारा 3ए की उप-धारा (3) के तहत उक्त अधिनियम;

और जबकि आपत्तियां प्राप्त हुई हैं और सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा उन पर विचार किया गया है और उन्हें अस्वीकार कर दिया गया है।

और जबकि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3डी की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण में सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट के न्द्र सरकार को प्रस्तुत कर दी है।

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] इसलिए, अब, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3डी की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा घोषणा करती है कि उक्त अनुसूची में र्निर्दष्ट भूमि पूवोक्त उद्देश्य के लिए अधिग्रहित किया जाना;

और आगे, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3डी की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण में, कें द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा घोषणा करती है कि आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में र्निर्दष्ट भूमि पूरी तरह से कें द्र सरकार में निहित होगी। , सभी बंधनों से मुक्त।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2023

S.O. 73(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (Department of Road Transport and Highway) number S.O.4301 (E) dated the 14th September, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary No.4120, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) and issued under sub- section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (here in after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/two laning etc.,) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway {{^{{FOOTNOTE 3 }}}} [भाग II—खण्ड ³(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण

No.67 on the stretch of land from Km 1/600 to Km 80/133 (Nagapattinam - Thanjavur Section) in Tiruvarur District in the State of Tamil Nadu.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in two local news papers "Thinathanthi" (Tamil) and "The Hindu" (English), both dated the 28th September, 2022 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas Objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority.

And whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted his report to the Central Government.

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure falling within the land stretch from

Km.1/600 to Km. 80/133(Nagapattinam -Thanjavur section) of the National Highway No.67 in the State of
