श् श् .—विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2015-2020 के पैरा 2.04 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक विदेश व्यापार एतद्द्वारा विदेश व्यापार नीति 2015-20 के प्ररिशिष्ट एवं आयात निर्यात प्रपत्रों के परिशिष्ट-2न (निर्यात संवर्धन परिषदों/पण्य बोर्ड/निर्यात विकास प्राधिकारियों की सूची) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैंः

2. तदनुसार, उपर्युक्त तालिका में सूचीबद्ध मदों के लिए पंजीकरण-सह-सदस्यता प्रमाणपत्र (आरसीएमसी) जारी करने के लिए मोबाइल और इलेक्ट्रनिक उपकरण निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद (एमईडीईपीसी) को परिशिष्ट 2न में शामिल किया गया है। दूरसंचार उपकरण एवं सेवाएं निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद (टीईपीसी) या इलेक्ट्रनिक्स एंड कंप्यूटर सफ्टवेयर ईपीसी द्वारा जारी किए गए आरसीएमसी इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से उनकी समाप्ति तक वैध रहेंगे।

विशिष्ट मदों हेतु आरसीएमसी जारी करने के लिए विदेश व्यापार नीति 2015-20 के परिशिष्ट 2न में मोबाइल और इलेक्ट्रनिक उपकरण निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद (एमईडीईपीसी) तत्काल प्रभाव से शामिल किया गया है।

Subject: Amendment under Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity Boards/Export
Development Authorities) of Appendices and ANFs of FTP 2015-2020 - Regarding.
F. No. 01/93/180/01/AM-16/PC-2(B)/E-2587.—In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/ Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of the FTP 2015-2020.
2. A new entry at Sl. No. 37 in Appendix 2T of FTP 2015-2020 shall be inserted as under:

2. Accordingly, Mobile and Electronic Devices Export Promotion Council (MEDEPC) has been included in the Appendix 2T for issuing Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) for the items listed in the table above. The RCMC issued by Telecom Equipment and Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC) or Electronics & Computer Software EPC till the date of issue of this Public Notice shall remain valid till their expiry.
3. Effect of this Public Notice:
Mobile and Electronic Devices Export Promotion Council (MEDEPC) has been included in the Appendix 2T of FTP 2015-2020 for issuing RCMC for specific items, with immediate effect.
