का.आ. 140(अ).—रेल संशोधन अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 2 के खण्ड 7 ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सरकार द्वारा नामित जिला भू–अर्जन पदाधिकारी, औरंगाबाद को उक्त अधिनियम के तहत बिहार राज्य के अंतर्गत विशेष रेलवे परियोजना "सोननगर बाई-पास लाइन चिरैलापौथु से बिघा बिष्णुपुर (10 कि.मी.)" के कार्य के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में एतदद्वारा अधिकृ त किया जाता है, जो भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिनियम के प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगा।

NOTIFICATION
Patna, the 30th December, 2022
S.O. 140(E).—In Exercise of Power conferred under clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008, the District Land Acquisition Officer/Aurangabad, as nominated by State Government, is hereby authorized as Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in the area of the Special Railway Project "Sonenagar bye-pass line from Chirailapauthu to Bigha Bishnupur (10 Km)", in the District of Aurangabad, Bihar State with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
