का.आ. 185(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 21) की धारा 70 की उप- धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कोटक महिद्रा बैंक और इसके सहयुक्त आश्रितताओं के कं प्यूटर संसाधनों को नाजुक सूचना अवसंरचना होने के कारण महत्वपूर्ण बैंककारी समाधान (कोर बैंकिग सोल्यूशन), वास्तविक समय समग्र निपटान (रियलटाइमग्रॉससेटलमेंट), राष्ट्रीय इलैक्ट्रोनिकी निधि अंतरण (नेशनलइलेक्ट्रॉनिक फंड ट्रांसफर), तुरंत भुगतान सेवा स्विच (इमीडिएटपेमेंटसविस स्विच), स्वचालित टेलर मशीन स्विच (ऑटोमेटिडटेलर मशीन स्विच), एकीकृ त भुगतान इंटरफे स स्विच (यूनिफाइडपेमेंट्सइंटरफेसस्विच) और सोसाइटी फॉर वल्र्ड वाइड इंटर बैंक फाइनेंशियल टेलीकम्यूनिके शन सिस्टम्स से संबंधित कं प्यूटर संसाधनों को, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्द्वारा संरक्षित प्रणाली घोषित करती है और निम्नलिखित कामिकों को संरक्षित प्रणालियों तक पहुंच बनाने के लिए प्राधिकृ त करती है, अर्थात् :-

(क) संरक्षित प्रणाली तक पहुंच बनाने के लिए, कोटक महिद्रा बैंक द्वारा लिखित रूप में प्राधिकृ त कोटक महिद्रा बैंक का कोई अभिहित कर्मचारी;

(ख) संविदात मक प्रबधित सेवा-प्रदाता या तृतीय पक्षकार विक्रे ता के दल का कोई सदस्य जिसे आवश्यकता के आधार पर पहुंच बनाने के लिए कोटक महिद्रा बैंक द्वारा लिखित रूप में प्राधिकृ त किया गया है; और 266 GI/2023 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (ग) मामला दर मामला के आधार पर, कोटक महिद्रा बैंक द्वारा लिखित रूप में प्राधिकृ त कोई परामर्शी, विनियामक, सरकारी पदाधिकारी, संपरीक्षक और पणधारी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th January, 2023

S.O. 185(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government hereby declares the computer resources relating to the Core Banking Solution, Real Time Gross Settlement, National Electronic Fund Transfer, Immediate Payment Service Switch, Automated Teller Machine Switch, Unified Payments Interface Switch and Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications Systems, being Critical Information Infrastructure of Kotak Mahindra Bank, and the computer resources of its associated dependencies, to be protected systems for the purpose of the said Act and authorises the following personnel to access the protected systems, namely:—

(a) any designated employee of the Kotak Mahindra Bank authorised in writing by the Kotak Mahindra Bank to access the protected system;

(b) any team member of contractual managed service provider or third-party vendor who have been authorised in writing by the Kotak Mahindra Bank for need-based access; and

(c) any consultant, regulator, Government official, auditor and stakeholder authorised in writing by the Kotak Mahindra Bank on case to case basis.

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
