का.आ. 190(अ).—राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3ए की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए (इसके बाद के रूप में संदभित) उक्त अधिनियम), कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद कि सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण नीचे अनुसूची में दिया गया है, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग NH-205 को चौड़ा करने और 4-लेन करने के लिए आवश्यक है। आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में तिरुपति जिले में किमी 274/800 से किमी 304/170 (तिरुपति-आंध्र प्रदेश/तमिलनाडु सीमा खंड) तक भूमि एतदद्वारा ऐसी भूमि का अधिग्रहण करने के अपने इरादे की घोषणा करती है;
उक्त भूमि में रुचि रखने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिनों के भीतर उक्त भूमि की धारा 3सी की उप-धारा (1) के तहत उक्त उद्देश्य के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर आपत्ति जता सकता है। कार्यवाही करना।
इस तरह की हर आपत्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात्, राजस्व मंडल अधिकारी और CALA, तिरुपति, तिरुपति जिला, आंध्र प्रदेश को लिखित रूप में की जाएगी और उसके लिए आधार निर्धारित करेगा और सक्षम प्राधिकारी आपत्तिकर्ता को सुनवाई का अवसर देगा। , या तो व्यक्तिगत रूप से या एक कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा, और ऐसी सभी 271 GI/2023
(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] आपत्तियों को सुनने के बाद और आगे की जांच करने के बाद, यदि कोई हो, जैसा कि सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा, आपत्तियों को अनुमति या अस्वीकार कर सकता है।
उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3सी की उप-धारा (2) के तहत सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा किया गया कोई भी आदेश अंतिम होगा।
इस अधिसूचना के तहत कवर की गई भूमि की भूमि योजनाएं और अन्य विवरण उपलब्ध हैं और व्यक्ति द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उपरोक्त कार्यालय में निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th January, 2023
S.O. 190(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for widening and 4-laning National Highways NH-205 on the stretch of land from Km 274/800 to Km 304/170 (Tirupati-Andhra Pradesh/Tamil Nadu Border Section) in the district of Tirupati in the state of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;
Any person interested in the said land may within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Revenue Divisional Officer & CALA, Tirupati, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh, in writing and shall set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
