का.आ.232(अ).— कें द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 2 की उपधारा (ढ) के पहले परंतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में, भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 1 दिसंबर, 2015 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3220 (अ), तारीख 19 नवंबर, 2015 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्र.सं. 4 के सामने की, स्तंभ (2) के अधीन प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
"डा. बिभूति भूषण करूणामय,
मु.चि.अ. (चिकित्सा और स्वास्थ्य सेवा),
बोकारो स्टील प्लांट, बोकारो स्टील सिटी,

तारीख 29 जुलाई, 2020, का.आ. 3719(अ), तारीख 21 अक्तूबर, 2020, का.आ. 2822(अ), तारीख 14 जुलाई, 2021, का.आ. 4461(अ), तारीख 26 अक्तूबर, 2021, और का.आ. 1470(अ), तारीख 30 मार्च, 2022 द्वारा संशोधित की गई।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 2022
S.O. 232(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 3220 (E), dated the 19th November, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 1st December, 2015, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry under column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Dr. Bibhuti Bhushan Karunamay,
CMO, (Medical and Health Services),
Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City,
District Bokaro, Jharkhand".
