का.आ. 233(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ़) के पहले परंतुक के खंड (iii) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1149(अ), तारीख 21 अप्रैल, 2014 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में क्रम संख्यांक 3 के सामने, अधिकारी का नाम, पदनाम और पते से संबंधित स्तंभ (2) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

"श्री चित्त रंजन महापात्र,

कार्यकारी निदेशक (परियोजना), बोकारो इस्पात संयंत्र,

जिला: बोकारो, झारखण्ड"।

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2022

S.O. 233(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 1149 (E) dated the 21st April, 2014, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 3, for the entries under column (2) relating to name, designation and address of officer, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

"Shri Chitta Ranjan Mohapatra,

Executive Director (Project), Bokaro Steel Plant,

District: Bokaro Jharkhand".

Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide notification number S.O. 1149 (E), dated the 21st April, 2014 and subsequently amended vide number S.O. 1509 (E), dated the 2nd June, 2015 and number S.O. 687 (E), dated the 4th March, 2016, S.O. 2059 (E), dated the 31st May, 2016 and S.O. 606 (E), dated the 23rd February, 2017.
