का.आ. 271(अ).—राष्ट्रीय कृ षि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक अधिनियम, 1981 (1981 का 61) की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, श्री भूषण कु मार सिन्हा के स्थान पर डॉ. एम. पी. तन्गिराला, अपर सचिव, वित्तीय सेवाएं विभाग, वित्त मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली को तत्काल प्रभाव से अथवा अगले आदेशों तक राष्ट्रीय कृ षि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक (नाबार्ड) के निदेशक मण्डल में निदेशक के पद पर नियुक्त करती है।

New Delhi, the 6th January, 2023
S.O. 271(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 (61 of 1981), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. M. P. Tangirala, Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi as a Director on the Board of Directors of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), with immediate effect or until further orders, vice Shri Bhushan Kumar Sinha.
