का.आ. 272(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खंड (1) के अनुसरण में निदेश देते हैं कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्यक्षेत्र दिल्ली, अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह, दादरा और नागर हवेली और दमण और दीव, चंडीगढ़, पुडुचेरी और लक्षद्वीप के प्रशासक या उपराज्यपाल राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अधीन रहते हुए और अगला आदेश होने तक उपजीविकाजन्य सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और कार्यदशा संहिता, 2020 (2020 का 37) के अधीन संघ राज्यक्षेत्र राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्यक्षेत्र दिल्ली, अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह, दादरा और नागर हवेली और दमण और दीव, चंडीगढ़, पुडुचेरी और लक्षद्वीप में के वल ऐसे क्षेत्रों में नियमों की विरचना करने के लिए, यथास्थिति, समुचित सरकार या राज्य सरकार की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे, जहां समुचित सरकार या राज्य सरकार के रूप में नियमों की विरचना करना अपेक्षित है।

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2023

S.O. 272(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the administrator or Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Chandigarh, Puducherry and Lakshadweep shall, subject to the control of the President and until further order, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the appropriate Government or State Government under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), to formulate the rules only in the areas where the Union territory of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Chandigarh, Puducherry and Lakshadweep are required to formulate rules either as appropriate Government or State Government.
