का.आ. 301(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पशु-चिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1984 की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) और उपधारा (6) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के मत्स्यपालन, पशुपालन और डेयरी मंत्रालय के पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में का.आ. संख्यांक 4603(अ), तारीख 18 दिसंबर, 2020 द्वारा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-- उक्त अधिसूचना में "के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा धारा 3 की उप-धारा (3) की खंड (घ) के अधीन नामनिदिष्ट सदस्य" शीर्ष के अधीन, क्रम संख्यांक 11 और उससे सबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमश: निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात:--429 GI/2023 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

उपमन्यु बसु, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में का.आ. संख्यांक 4603(अ), तारीख 18 दिसंबर, 2020 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम बार का.आ. 4580(अ) तारीख 28 सितंबर, 2022 द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी ।

S.O. 301(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (6) of section (3) of section 3 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, vide number S.O. 4603(E) dated the 18th December, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 18th December, 2020, namely:-

In the said notification under the heading "member nominated by the Central Government under clause (d) of sub section (3) of Section 3", for serial number 11 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall respectively substituted be namely:
