का.आ. 325(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय दूरसंचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1997 (1997 का 24) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) और धारा 5 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचित करती है कि भारतीय दूरसंचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण के अंशकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त प्रो. भास्कर राममूर्ति, आचार्य, भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, मद्रास, तारीख 27 अप्रैल, 2022 (पूर्वा.) से, अर्थात् पद ग्रहण करने की तारीख से, तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए या 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वत्तर हो, अपना पद ग्रहण करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th January, 2023
S.O. 325(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 and sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby notifies that Prof. Bhaskar Ramamurthi, Professor, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, appointed as a part-time member of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India shall hold his office for a term of three years with effect from the 27th April, 2022 (F/N), i.e. the date on which he entered upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.
