का.आ. 332(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, मानव अंग प्रतिरोपण अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 42) की धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना स. का.आ. 81(अ), तारीख 4 फरवरी, 1995 के अधिक्रमण में इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों को क्रियान्वित करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशक और स्वास्थ्य सेवा अपर महानिदेशक (अस्पताल भारसाधक) को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली और जम्मू-कश्मीर संघ राज्यक्षेत्र को छोड़कर सभी संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों के लिए समुचित प्राधिकारी नियुक्ति करती है। 2. सचिव (स्वास्थ्य), राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए समुचित प्राधिकारी होंगे।
3. संघ राज्यक्षेत्र जम्मू-कश्मीर के संबंध में, समुचित प्राधिकारी निम्नलिखित होंगे:-
(i) कश्मीर संभाग के लिए-
(क) निदेशक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, कश्मीर - संयोजक
(ख) आचार्य और प्रमुख, आयुविज्ञान विभाग, राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज, श्रीनगर - सदस्य 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (क) निदेशक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, जम्मू - संयोजक (ख) आचार्य और प्रमुख, आयुविज्ञान विभाग, राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज, जम्मू - सदस्य (ग) आचार्य और प्रमुख, शल्य चिकित्सा विभाग, राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज, जम्मू - सदस्य
4. अधिसूचना इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st September, 2022
S.O. 332(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare published in the Official Gazette vide number S.O. 81(E), dated the 4 th February, 1995 the Central Government hereby appoints the Director General of Health Services and the Additional Director General of Health Services (Incharge of Hospitals) as the Appropriate Authorities for all the Union Territories, except the National Capital Territory of Delhi and Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to carry out the purposes of this Act.
2.The Secretary (Health), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be the Appropriate Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
3. In respect of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, following shall be the Appropriate Authorities:-
(i) For Kashmir Division –
a. Director Health Services, Kashmir -Convenor b. Professor & Head, Department of Medicine, Government Medical College, Srinagar - Member c. Professor & Head, Department of Surgery, Government Medical College, Srinagar - Member (ii) For Jammu Division –
a. Director Health Services, Jammu -Convenor b. Professor & Head, Department of Medicine, Government Medical College, Jammu -Member
c. Professor & Head, Department of Surgery, Government Medical College, Jammu -Member
4. The Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication.
