का.आ. 369(अ).—राष्ट्रीय नौवहन बोर्ड नियम, 1960 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित, वाणिज्य पोत परिवहन अधिनियम, 1958 (1958 का 44) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा, सा.आ.4059(अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) में दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2022 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है। इस अधिसूचना में, और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में, विशेष रूप से निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, नामत:-
i) क्रम संख्या 1 तथा इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के लिए, डॉ. मालिनी वी. शंकर के स्थान पर श्री संजीव रंजन को 01 फरवरी, 2023 से नए अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाता है।
ii) क्रम संख्या 8 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के लिए, श्री अब्दुलगनी सेरांग के स्थान पर श्री मिलिंद कं दलगांवकर, महासचिव-सह-कोषाध्यक्ष, एनयूएसआई पढ़ा जाए।
iii) क्रम संख्या 9 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के लिए, सदस्य के रूप में श्री अमर सिंह ठाकु र के स्थान पर कै प्टन 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] iv) क्रम संख्या 11 और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के लिए, इंडियन कोस्टल कॉन्फ्रें स शिपिंग एसोसिएशन के स्थान पर आईसीसी शिपिंग एसोसिएशन (आईसीसीएसए) पढ़ा जाए। 2. दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2022 के सा.आ.4059(अ) के तहत अधिसूचना की शेष सभी शब्दावली वही रहेंगी।

CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, 2023
S.O. 369(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(44 of 1958) read with Rule 4 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification vide S.O.4059(E) dated the 25th August, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii). In the said notification, and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall in particular be substituted, namely:-
i) For serial number 1 and entry relating thereto, Dr.Sanjeev Ranjan is appointed as the new Chairman in place of Dr. Malini V. Shankar w.e.f. 1st February, 2023.
ii) For serial number 8 and entry relating thereto, may be read as Shri Milind Kandalgaonkar, General Secretary-cum-Treasurer, NUSI in place of Shri Abdulgani Serang.
iii) For serial number 9 and entry relating thereto, may be read as Captain Tushar Pradhan, General Secretary of the Maritime Union of India (MUI) in place of Shri Amar Singh Thakur as Member.
iv) For serial number 11 and entry relating thereto, may be read as ICC Shipping Association (ICCSA) in place of Indian Coastal Conference Shipping Association.
2. The remaining terms of the Notification vide S.O.4059(E) dated the 25th August, 2022 will remain same.
