का.आ. 364(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में रा.मा. सं. 334ए के किमी0 29 में हड़वाहा नाले पर 40 मी. स्पान के पी.एस.सी. गर्डर सेतु के निर्माण हेतु उक्त अनुसूचि के स्तम्भ (4), स्तम्भ (5), स्तम्भ (6) और स्तम्भ (7) में क्रमश: उल्लिखित जिलों, तालुकों पुलिस थानों और गांवों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूचि के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्थानों प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट भू-खण्ड के सम्बन्ध में इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अनुसूचि के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, 2023
S.O. 364(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Construction of 40m span PSC girder bridge over Hadvaha Nala at km 29 of Purkazi Lakshar Haridwar NH-334A in District Haridwar in the State of UTTARAKHAND.
