का.आ. 380(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, रेलवे अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड (37 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से, "दौंड - मनमाड दोहरीकरण" परियोजना को भूमि अधिग्रहण के हेतु पुणे, अहमदनगर, औरंगाबाद और नासिक जिलों में लोक प्रयोजन के लिए राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना उपबंधित करने हेतु, महाराष्ट्र राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है |

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 24th January, 2023
S.O. 380(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) the Central Government hereby notifies "Daund – Manmad Doubling Project (247.50 Km)" project under Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in Districts Pune, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad & Nasik in the State of Maharashtra, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
