का.आ. 442(अ).—सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (मध्यवर्ती दिशानिर्देश और डिजिटल मीडिया आचार संहिता) नियम, 2021 के नियम 3क के उप-नियम (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कें द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित तीन शिकायत अपीलीय समितियों की स्थापना करती है और इनमें निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को अध्यक्ष और सदस्य के तौर पर नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात् :—

S.O. 442(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 3A of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Central Government hereby establishes the following three Grievance Appellate Committees and appoints thereto the following persons as chairperson and members, namely:—
