का.आ. 446(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, धन-शोधन निवारण अधिनियम, 2002 (2003 का 15) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् धन-शोधन अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 11क की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि नीचे सारणी में उल्लिखित रिपोर्टकर्ता इकाईयों ने आधार (वित्तीय और अन्य सहदायिकियों, प्रसुविधाओं और सेवाओं का ल‍यित परिदान) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 18) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् आधार अधिनियम कहा गया है) के अधीन गोपनीयता और सुरक्षा के मानकों का पालन किया है और ऐसा करना आवश्यक तथा समीचीन है तथा आधार अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन स्थापित विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण और भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड,जो इकाईयों का विनियामक है, से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् उक्त इकाईयों को धन- शोधन निवारण अधिनियम की धारा 11क के प्रयोजनों के लिए आधार अधिनियिम के अधीन अधिप्रमाणन कार्य करने के लिए अनुज्ञात करती है, अर्थात् :-

New Delhi, the 30th January, 2023

S.O. 446(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11A of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the Money-laundering Act), the Central Government being satisfied that the reporting entities mentioned in the Table below comply with the standards of {{^{{FOOTNOTE 3 }}}} [भाग II—खण्ड ³(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण

privacy and security under the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016)(hereinafter referred to as the Aadhaar Act), and it is necessary and expedient to do so, and after consultation with the Unique Identification Authority of India established under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Aadhaar Act and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, being the regulator of the entities hereby permits the said entities to perform authentication under the Aadhaar Act for the purposes of section 11A of the Money- laundering Act, namely:-
