का.आ. 447(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3घ की उप- धारा(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए,भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4009(अ).दिनांक 25 अगस्त 2022, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखण्ड (ii)में दिनांक 4009(अ).दिनांक25 अगस्त 2022 को प्रकाशित की गयी थी में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:

"का.आ. 4009(अ). दिनांक 25 अगस्त 2022, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II,खंड 3, उपखण्ड (ii)में दिनांक 25 अगस्त 2022 को प्रकाशित की गयी थी, में लखीसराय जिले के कि.मी. 33.8 से कि.मी. 39.2 (जिला भूअर्जन कार्यालय, समाहरणालय), लखीसराय तक के भूखण्ड पर 3घ प्रस्तावना में अंकित टोल प्लाजा के निर्माण के स्थान पर चौड़ीकरण/पेब्ड शोल्डर सहित 2/4 लेन का बनाना आदि पढ़ा जाए"।

New Delhi, the 30th January, 2023

S.O. 447(E).— Inexercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1)ofsection 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956(48of 1956), the central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 4009(E) dated 25th August 2022, published in the Gazette of the India Extraordinary, part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), dated 4009(E) dated 25th August 2022.

"The 3D notification, S.O. 4009(E) dated 25th August 2022, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, published in the Gazette of India dated 25th August 2022for land from Km. 33.8 to 39.2 (District Land Acquisition Office, Collectorate Lakhisarai), in the 3D preamble written as Construction of Toll Plaza to be read as Widening, Two/Four laneing with paved shoulder etc".
