नई दिल्ली, 30 जनवरी, 2023
का.आ. 455(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, तम्बाकू बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 4) की धारा 4 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को तम्बाकू बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए पूर्ववर्ती वाणिज्य मंत्रालय, (तंबाकू उद्योग विकास नियंत्रण) के संख्याक का.आ.5417, दिनांक 17 दिसंबर, 1975 की भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में, आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में, "धारा 4 की उप-धारा (4) के खंड (ख) के तहत चयनित'' शीर्षक के अंतर्गत, क्रम संख्या 2 और 3 तथा इनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"2 श्री अरविन्द धर्मापुरी, सदस्य (लोकसभा द्वारा चयनित), संसद सदस्य, लोकसभा
3. श्री बालाशौरी वल्लभनेनी, सदस्य (लोकसभा द्वारा चयनित)" संसद सदस्य, लोक सभा।
2. सदस्यों का कार्यकाल सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके संसद (लोकसभा) के सदस्य बने रहने तक, जो भी पहले हो, होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 2023
S.O. 455(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975), the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons to be the members of the Tobacco Board and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce (Tobacco Industry Development Control), number S.O.5417, dated the 17th December, 1975, namely:-
In the said notification, under the heading, "Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 4", for serial numbers 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Shri Arvind Dharmapuri,
Member (Elected by the Lok Sabha)
Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha
3. Shri Balashowry Vallabbhaneni, Member of Member (Elected by the Lok Sabha)".

2. The term of office of the members shall be for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or till they ceased to be a Member of the Parliament (Lok Sabha), whichever is earlier.
