का.आ. 5025(अ).—यत:, कें द्र सरकार ने विशेष आथिक क्षेत्र अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक के साथ पठित विशेष आथिक क्षेत्र नियम 2006 के नियम 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पांच क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आथिक क्षेत्रों (अर्थात् आईटी/आईटीईएस एसईजेड, इंजीनियरिग और संबंधित उद्योग एसईजेड, हस्तशिल्प एसईजेड, रत्न और आभूषण एसईजेड और सॉफ्टवेयर और हार्डवेयर विनिर्माण एसईजेड सहित आईटी/आईटीईएस) को समेकित कर, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1713(अ) दिनांक 17 अप्रैल, 2018 के तहत मै. महिद्रा वल्र्ड सिटी (जयपुर) लिमिटेड नामक एक बहु-उत्पाद विशेष आथिक क्षेत्र के रूप में ग्राम कलवाड़ा, झाई, भंभोरिया, बगरू खुर्द और नेवटा, तहसील-सांगानेर, जिला-जयपुर, राजस्थान राज्य में 604.5836 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को पुनः अधिसूचित किया था;

और यतः, मै. महिद्रा वल्र्ड सिटी (जयपुर) लिमिटेड ने अब उपरोक्त विशेष आथिक क्षेत्र में 0.781 हेक्टेयर के अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र को अधिसूचित तथा 2.930 हेक्टेयर के आंशिक क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया है;

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, यतः राजस्थान राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र सं. एफ.4(25)इंड.1/2023 दिनांक 6 सितंबर, 2023 के माध्यम से आंशिक क्षेत्र अनधिसूचना के प्रस्ताव को अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है। अनधिसूचना के बाद, इस भूमि का उपयोग राज्य सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों/मास्टर प्लान के अनुसार किया जाएगा;

और यतः, विकास आयुक्त, नॉएडा विशेष आथिक जोन ने विशेष आथिक क्षेत्र में 0.781 हेक्टेयर के अतिरिक्त क्षेत्र को अधिसूचित तथा 2.930 हेक्टेयर के आंशिक क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करने के प्रस्ताव की संस्तुति की है;

और यतः, के न्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है;

अतः अब, विशेष आथिक क्षेत्र अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आथिक क्षेत्र नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में, कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा 0.781 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अधिसूचित एवं 2.930 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करती है, जिसके परिमाणतः कु ल क्षेत्रफल 602.4346 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा। अधिसूचना एवं अनधिसूचना के लिए खसरा संख्या और क्षेत्र नीचे तालिका में दिए गए हैं :-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2023

S.O. 5025(E).—WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of the section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had consolidated five sectors specific Special Economic Zones (i.e., IT/ITES SEZ, Engineering & Related Industries SEZ, Handicraft SEZ, Gem & Jewellery SEZ and IT/ITES including Software & Hardware manufacturing SEZ) and vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1713(E) dated 17th April, 2018 re-notified as a Multi-Product Special Economic Zone named M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd. at Village Kalwara, Jhai, Bhambhoriya, Bagru Khurd & Newta, Tehsil- Sanganer, Distt-Jaipur, Rajasthan over an area of 604.5836 hectares;

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd. has now proposed for additional area notification of 0.781 hectares and partial area de-notification of 2.930 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Rajasthan has given its approval to the partial area de- notification vide letter No. F.4(25)Ind./1/2023 dated 6th September, 2023. Further, after de-notification, the land will be used as per the guidelines/master plan of the State Government;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Noida Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for additional area notification of 0.781 hectares and partial area de-notification of 2.930 hectares at the Special Economic Zone;

NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies an area of 0.781 hectares and de-notifies an area of 2.930 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 602.4346 hectares. The Khasra numbers and the area for the notification and de-notification are given below in the table, namely: -
