का.आ. 5028(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 34) की धारा 8 के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में का.आ. 4052 (अ) तारीख 21 अगस्त, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(क) सदस्य (धारा 8 के खंड (ख) के अंतर्गत के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त) शीर्षक के अधीन, क्रम संख्या 3 और क्रम संख्या 4 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात:-

New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2023
S.O. 5028(E).—In pursuance of section 8 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, issued vide number S.O. 4052 (E), dated the 21st August, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 21st August, 2018, namely:—
2. In the said notification,-
(a) under the heading, Members (Appointed by the Central Government under clause (b) of section 8), for serial numbers 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"3. Dr. Vijay Singh Chauhan,
Orthopaedic Surgeon
Chairman and Managing Director, Prakash hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
4. Dr. Lalit Dar,
