का.आ. 5018(अ).— राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम की धारा 3ए की उप-धारा (1) 1956 (1956 का 48) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, (इसके बाद उक्त अधिनियम के रूप में संर्दर्भत), कें द्र सरकार, संतुष्ट होने के बाद कि सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए भूमि, जिसका संक्षिप्त विवरण नीचे अनुसूची में दिया गया है, के निर्माण के लिए आवश्यक है। (चौड़ाई / दो लेन के साथ पक्का कं धे/चार लेन आदि), रखरखाव, प्रबंधन और संचालन के लिए चिलकु रु चौराहे के निर्माण के लिए सुरपु कानूपुर (पैके ज-1 का भाग-1) के लिए फोर लेन के निर्माण के लिए 0+000(131+ 500 NH-16) से किमी 23+770 सहित छह लेन फ्लाई ओवर और NH-16 (लंबाई किमी 1.50) पर पहुंच और तुषु र् कनुपुर से पोर्ट साउथ गेट (पैके ज-11 का भाग -2) किमी 23+770 से किमी 35 + 015 ईपीसी मोड पर आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में भारतमाला परियोजना चरण-1 के तहत ।
उक्त भूमि में रुचि रखने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति इस अधिसूचना के अधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से इक्कीस दिनों के भीतर, उक्त भूमि के उपयोग पर अधिनियम धारा 3 सी की उप-धारा (1) के तहत उक्त उद्देश्य के लिए आपत्ति कर सकता है ।
ऐसी हर आपत्ति सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्थात् उप कलेक्टर गुर/आर डी ओ मुद्दर को लिखित रूप में की जाएगी और उसके आधार पर निर्धारित करेगी और सक्षम प्राधिकारी आपत्तिकर्ता को व्यक्तिगत रूप से या किसी कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर देगा। और ऐसी सभी आपत्तियों को सुनने के बाद और ऐसी आगे की जांच करने के बाद, यदि कोई हो, जैसा कि सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा, या तो आपत्तियों की अनुमति दें या अस्वीकार करें। 7304 GI/2023
(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 सी की उप-धारा (2) के तहत किया गया कोई भी आदेश अंतिम होगा।
उनकी अधिसूचना के तहत अधिग्रहित की जाने वाली भूमि की योजना और अन्य विवरण उपलब्ध हैं और सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उपरोक्त कार्यालय में इच्छु क व्यक्ति द्वारा निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है।

चिलकु रु क्रॉस रोड को तुषु र् कनुपुर (पैके ज II का भाग-1) किमी 0+000 (एनएच-16 का 131+500) से किमी 23+770 तक चार लेन के निर्माण के लिए आने वाली संरचनाओं के साथ या बिना अधिग्रहण कीजाने वाली भूमि का संक्षिप्त विवरण राज्य में एनएच-16 (लंबाई किमी 1.50) पर छह लेन फ्लाई ओवर और पहुंच सहित 23+770 और पोर्ट साउथ गेट (पैके ज- II का भाग -2) के लिए तुषु र् कनुपुर किमी 23+770 से किमी 35+015 भारत माला परियोजना चरण-1 के तहत ईपीसी मोड पर आंध्र प्रदेश को छह लेन का बनाना ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2023
S.O. 5018(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building(widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of construction of Four laning of Chilakuru cross road to Turpu kanupur(Part-1 of package-II) KM 0+000(131-500 of NH-16) to KM 23+770 including six lane flyover and approaches on NH-16 (Length KM1.50) and six laning of Turpu Kanupuru to Port South Gate(Part-2 of Package-II) KM 23+770 to KM 35+015 in the state of Andhra Pradesh on EPC Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojna Phase-I.,hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 3C of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Sub Collector Gudur in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
