का.नि.आ. 26(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार, रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की भारत के राजपत्र (असाधारण) भाग II, खंड 4 में, तारीख 28 नवम्बर, 2023 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं.का.नि.आ. 25 (अ) तारीख 28 नवम्बर, 2023, जिसमें कतिपय छावनी बोडों में फे रफार की घोषणा अंर्तर्वष्ट थी, के साथ पठित छावनी अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 41) की धारा 13 की उप धारा (3) के अनुसरण में, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में विर्निर्दष्ट कतिपय छावनी बोर्ड, जिसमें उस सारणी के स्तम्भ (3) में उपर्दर्शत सदस्य भी सम्मिलित हैं, के गठन को सारणी स्तंभ (4) में उपर्दर्शत तारीख से अधिसूचित करती है : -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th November, 2023
S.R.O. 26(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006) read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence S.R.O. 25 (E), dated the 28th November, 2023 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 4, dated the 28th November, 2023 containing the declaration varying certain Cantonment Boards, the Central Government hereby notifies the constitution of the Cantonment Boards specified in column (2) of the Table given below consisting of members indicated in column (3) thereof, with effect from the date mentioned in column (4) thereof:
