का.आ. 5083 (अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1993 (1993 का 73) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यथास्थिति, कें द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार द्वारा वित्तपोषित निम्नलिखित संस्थाओं को भूतलक्षी रूप से नीचे दी गई सारणी में वर्णित पाठ्यक्रमों और अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है, अर्थात् :—

New Delhi, the 28th November, 2023
S.O. 5083(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 14 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993), the Central Government hereby specifies that the following institutions funded by the Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be, accorded recognition retrospectively, for the courses and duration mentioned, in the table hereunder, namely:—
