का.आ. 5122(अ).— के न्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम,1956(1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या - का. आ. 5170 (अ), दिनांक 13 दिसम्बर 2021, एवं अधिसूचना संख्या - का. आ. 422 (अ), दिनांक 25 जनवरी 2023, व अधिसूचना संख्या - का. आ. 828 (अ), दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2023, जो भारत का राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गयी थी, में एतद्द्वरा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:

अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5170(अ) के अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 2. क्रमांक (1) पर उल्लिखित तहसीलदार को अपर जिलाधिकारी (वि०/रा०), देवरिया एवं अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 422(अ) के अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 2 क्रमांक (1) पर उप- भूमि अध्याप्ति अधिकारी, देवरिया को अपर जिलाधिकारी (वि०/रा०), देवरिया व अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 828(अ) के द्वारा नामित मुख्य राजस्व अधिकारी, देवरिया को अपर जिलाधिकारी (वि०/रा०), देवरिया के द्वारा सक्षम अधिकारी, के रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है।

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 1st December, 2023

S.O. 5122(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause(a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, Upon request of State Government, hereby makes the followingamendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.5170 (E) dated the 13thDecember, 2021 and S.O.422 (E) dated the 25thJanuary, 2023 and S.O.828(E) dated the 22nd February, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii):

In the Schedule of the notification number S.O.5170 (E), mentioned under Column-2, Serial No. (1), Tahsildar is being replaced by the Additional District Magistrate (F./R.), Deoria and in the notification number S.O.422 (E), underColumn-2,Serial No. (1), Deputy Land Acquisition officer, Deoria is being replaced by the Additional District Magistrate (F./R.), Deoria and the Notification No. S.O. 828(E), Chief Revenue Officer, Deoria, nominated vide section is replaced by the Additional District Magistrate (F./R.), Deoria, as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition.

Foot Note: The Principal notification was published vide number S.O.5170 (E) dated the 13th December, 2021 and S.O.422 (E) dated the 25th January, 2023 and S.O.828(E) dated the 22nd February, 2023 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section (ii).
