I .—समय-समय पर विदेश व्यापार नीति 2023 के पैरा 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 3 और धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा आईटीसी (एचएस), 2022 की अनुसूची-I (आयात नीति) के अध्याय 07 के तहत आईटीसी (एचएस) कोड 07131010 के अंतर्गत पीली मटर के लिए आयात नीति और नीतिगत शर्त में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है-

| समुद्री पत्तन के माध्यम से अनुमत है। यह प्रतिबंध किसी भी द्विपक्षीय या क्षेत्रीय समझौते या समझौता ज्ञापन के तहत सरकार की आयात प्रतिबद्धताओं पर लागू नहीं होगा। | चार्ज' जारी किया जाता है उसे 'मुक्त' नहीं माना जाएगा। ख) 1 अप्रैल 2024 से, इस अधिसूचना से पहले मौजूद 'प्रतिबंधित' आयात नीति और संबंधित नीतिगत शर्तें लागू होंगी। ग) इस अवधि के दौरान 31 मार्च 2024 तक पीली मटर के सभी प्रकार के आयात की अनुमति होगी, जो आयात निगरानी प्रणाली के तहत अनिवार्य पंजीकरण के अधीन होगा। |
2. आयात निगरानी प्रणाली के तहत पीली मटर की खेप के पूर्व पंजीकरण के संबंध में प्रक्रियाएं अलग से अधिसूचित की जाएंगी। आईटीसी (एचएस) कोड 07131010 के तहत पीली मटर का आयात 31 मार्च 2024 तक की अवधि के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से, आयात निगरानी प्रणाली के तहत पंजीकरण के अधीन ''मुक्त'' है। एमआईपी की शर्त और पत्तन प्रतिबंध 31 मार्च 2024 तक की अवधि के लिए ऐसे पीली मटर के आयात पर लागू नहीं होंगे।
इसे वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

Subject : Amendment of Import Policy and Policy Conditions for Yellow Peas under ITC(HS) Code 07131010
of Chapter 07 of ITC(HS), 2022, Schedule –I (Import Policy).
S.O. 5226(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Import Policy and Policy conditions for Yellow Peas under ITC(HS) Code 07131010 of Chapter 07 of ITC(HS), 2022, Schedule –I (Import Policy) as under–

This Restriction shall not apply to Governments import commitments under any Bilateral or Regional Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding. | Free | a) Import is ‗Free' without the MIP condition and without Port Restriction,for the period up to 31st March 2024.Import consignments where Customs out-of-charge is issued after 31st March 2024 shall not be considered as ‗Free'. |

| b) With effect from 1st April 2024, the ‗Restricted' Import Policy and associated Policy conditions as existing prior to this Notification shall come into force. c) All import of Yellow Peas during this period up to 31st March 2024 shall be allowed, subject to compulsory registration under the Import Monitoring System. |
2. Procedures in regard to prior registration of Yellow Peas consignments under the Import Monitoring System shall be notified separately.
Effect of the Notification: Import of Yellow Peas under ITC(HS) Code 07131010 is ―Free‖ subject to registration under the Import Monitoring system, with immediate effect for the period up to 31st March 2024. MIP condition and Port Restriction shall also not be applicable to such Yellow Peas imports for the period up to 31st March 2024.
This is issued with the approval of the Minister of Commerce & Industry.
