का.आ. 5225(अ).—के न्रीय सरकार ने रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसके पश्चात उक्तअधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 (क) उप-धारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II खण्ड 3, उप खण्ड (ii) मे प्रकशित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ 2267 (अ) तारीख 22 मई, 2023 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) द्वारा उक्त अधिसूचना से उपब िअनुसूची में विर्निर्दष्ट भूमि को, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के तहसील उल्हासनगर, ठाणे जिले में विशेष रेल परियोजना अर्थात, महाराष्ट्र राज्य में मु ंबई शहर परिवहन परियोजना IIIA के अंतर्गत "कल्याण - बदलापुर तीसरी और चौथी लाइन" के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए र्अर्जत करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थी I

Mumbai, the 7th December, 2023

S.O. 5225(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O 2267 (E), dated 22nd May, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section - 3, Sub- Section (ii), (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20 A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of a Special Railway Project namely, " Kalyan and Badlapur 3rd & 4th Line under MUTP III A" in Tahsil Ulhasnagar, District- Thane in the state of Maharashtra.
