का.आ. 5241(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 20) की अनुसूची-I के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 6148 (अ), तारीख 30 दिसंबर, 2022 द्वारा प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजानिक वितरण मंत्रालय के खाद्य और सार्वजानिक वितरण विभाग की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात: - उक्त अधिसूचना में, "31 दिसंबर, 2023" शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "31 दिसंबर, 2028" शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों को रखा जायेगा।

पलका साहनी, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में संख्या का.आ. 3577(अ), तारीख 29 नवंबर, 2016 के माध्यम से प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात इसे का.आ. संख्यांक 1003(अ), तारीख 30 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 2018, का.आ. संख्यांक 3546(अ), तारीख 30 सितम्बर 2019 एवं का.आ. संख्यांक 6148(अ), तारीख 30 दिसम्बर 2022 के माध्यम से संशोधित किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th December, 2023
S.O. 5241(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of Schedule I to the National Food Security Act, 2013 (20 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 6148 (E), dated the 30th December, 2022, namely:-
In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "31st of December, 2023", the words, figures and letters "31st of December, 2028" shall be substituted.
