का.आ. 5292(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग, भारत सरकार के आदेश असाधारण, भाग (II) धारा-3, उप-धारा (ii) में दिनांक 12 जून, 2023 के का. आ. सं. 2566 (अ) के माध्यम से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश में, पैराग्राफ 2 (i) को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
2 (i) सभी राज्यों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के लिए निम्नलिखित स्टॉक सीमाओं के साथ दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2024 तक की अवधि के लिए गेहं:
➢ व्यापारी/थोक विक्रे ता : 1000 टन;
➢ रिटेलर : प्रत्येक रिटेल आउटलेट के लिए 5 टन।
➢ बिग चेन रिटेलर: प्रत्येक आउटलेट के लिए 5 टन और उनके सभी डिपुओं पर 1000 टन
➢ प्रोसेसर्स : मासिक स्थापित क्षमता का 70% को 2023-24 के शेष महीनों से गुणा करके 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] नोट: मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में आदेश संख्या सा.का.नि.104(अ), दिनांक 15 फरवरी, 2002 के माध्यम से प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसके बाद आदेश संख्या सा.का.नि.490(अ) दिनांक 16 जून, 2003 और का.आ. संख्या 1373(अ) दिनांक 29 अगस्त, 2006, का.आ. संख्या 297(अ) दिनांक 27 फरवरी 2007, का.आ.संख्या 1488(अ) दिनांक 31 अगस्त, 2007 और का.आ. संख्या 2566(अ) दिनांक 12 जून, 2023 और का.आ. संख्या 4074(अ) दिनांक 14 सितम्बर, 2023 के द्वारा संशोधन किए गए थे।

New Delhi, the 8th December, 2023
S.O. 5292(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the order of the Government of India in the Department of Food and Public Distribution published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part(II) Section-3, Sub Section(ii) vide number S.O. 2566(E) dated the 12th June, 2023, namely
In the said Order, Paragraph 2(i) shall be replaced as under:
"2(i) Wheat for a period up to 31st March 2024 with following stock limits for all States and Union Territories:
➢ Traders/Wholesalers: 1000 MT;
➢ Retailers: 5 MT for each Retail outlet.
➢ Big Chain Retailers: 5 MT for each outlet and 1000 MT at all their depot.
➢ Processors: 70% of monthly installed capacity multiplied by remaining months of 2023-24.

Note : The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, vide Order No. GSR 104 (E), dated 15th February, 2002 and subsequently amended vide Order No. GSR 490 (E) dated 16th June, 2003 and S.O. No. 1373 (E) dated 29th August, 2006, S.O. No. 297 (E) dated the 27th February 2007 and S.O. No. 1488 (E) dated the 31st August, 2007 and S.O.2566(E) dated the 12th June 2023 and S.O. No. 4074 (E) dated the 14th September 2023.
