का.आ. 5289(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि लोकहित में यह आवश्यक है कि उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों के परिवहन के लिए काण्डला (गुजरात) से गोरखपुर (उ०प्र०) एल०पी०जी० पाइपलाइन परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन हेतु आई॰एच॰बी॰ लिमिटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन बिछाई जाना आवश्यक है।

के न्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमि में जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाई जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची मे वणित है, उपयोग के अधिकारका अर्जन किया जाए।

अतः अब, के न्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 कि उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूमि मे उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है।

कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वणित भूमि में हितबद्ध है, उस तारीख से, जिसको इस अधिसूचना में युक्त भारत के राजपत्र की प्रतियाँ साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर भूमि के नीचे पाइपलाइन बिछाये जाने हेतु उसमें उपयोग के अधिकार के संबंध में श्री राके श कु मार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी आई॰एच॰बी॰ लिमिटेड,काण्डला-गोरखपुर एल०पी०जी० पाइपलाइन परियोजना (के ०जी०पी०एल०), प्रयागराज (उत्तर प्रदेश) को लिखित रूप मे आक्षेप भेज सके गा। 7681 GI/2023 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अनुसूची

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th December, 2023

S.O. 5289(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of the petroleum product in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Pipeline should be laid for implementing of Kandla to Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project by the IHB Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline,it is necessary to acquire the right of user (ROU) in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 3 of the petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user there in;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in writing to Shri Rakesh Kumar,Competent Authority, IHB Limited, Kandla- Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline (KGPL), Prayagraj(UP) within twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification issued under sub- section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public.
