का.आ. 5315(अ).—पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (पीएफआरडीए) अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न् द्रीय सरकार, एतदद्वारा, श्रीमती परमा सेन (आईए एंड एएस), अपर सचिव (कामिक), व्यय विभाग को तत्काल प्रभाव से मौजूदा नियुक्ति में उनके कार्यकाल की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण में अंशकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

S.O. 5315(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Smt. Parama Sen (IA&AS 1994), Additional Secretary (Pers.), Department of Expenditure, as Part-time Member, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority with immediate effect, for the duration of her tenure in her present appointment for a term or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
