[ ]. .—समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति (एफटीपी), 2023 के पैरा 1.03 और 2.04 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अधिसूचना संख्या 50/2023 दिनांक 08.12.2023 के संदर्भ में, महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार पीली मटर आयात निगरानी प्रणाली (वाईपी-आईएमएस) के तहत पंजीकरण की प्रक्रियाओं को निम्नानुसार निर्दिष्ट करते हैं-

क) आयातक डीजीएफटी वेबसाइट पर -> सेवाएं -> आयात प्रबंधन प्रणाली -> आयात निगरानी प्रणाली के तहत सेवाएं -> पीली मटर-आयात निगरानी प्रणाली पर वाईपी-आईएमएस ऑनलाइन के तहत आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इस ऑनलाइन प्रणाली में अग्रिम जानकारी भरने और 500/- रुपये का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने पर आयातक को एक स्वचालित पंजीकरण संख्या जारी की जाएगी।

ख) आयातक को आयात खेप के आगमन की प्रत्याषित तिथि से अधिकतम 5 दिन पूर्व पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन करना होगा। इसके बाद आयातकों को आयात मंजूरी के लिए आवेदन करते समय संबंधित सीमा शुल्क अधिकारियों को स्वचालित पंजीकरण संख्या जमा करनी होगी।ग) दी गई स्वचालित पंजीकरण संख्या किसी भी संख्या तक आयात खेप के लिए केवल 31 मार्च 2024 तक मान्य होगी। 1 स्वचालित पंजीकरण संख्या केवल 1 विशिष्ट मूल देश और 1 आयात पत्तन के लिए मान्य होगी। 7715 GI/2023 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1] आयात निगरानी प्रणाली (वाईपी-आईएमएस) के तहत पीली मटर (आईटीसी(एचएस) कोड 07131010) के आयात के पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया अधिसूचित की गई है।

Subject: Implementation of Yellow Peas Import Monitoring System - reg.

F. No.01/89/180/02/AM-21/PC-2[A]./E-27607.—In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, and in reference to Notification 50/2023 dated 08.12.2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby specifies the procedures for registration under Yellow Peas Import Monitoring System(YP-IMS) as follows -

a. The importer may apply under YP-IMS online on the DGFT Website -> Services -> Import Management System -> Services under Import Monitoring System -> Yellow Peas-Import Monitoring System. The importer on submission of advance information in this online system and online payment of Rs. 500/- shall be issued an Automatic Registration Number.

b. The importer shall apply for registration not later than 5 days before the expected date of arrival of import consignment. Importers shall thereafter submit the Automatic Registration Number to the concerned Customs Authorities when filing for import clearance.

c. One Automatic Registration Number granted shall be valid for any number of import consignments up to 31st March 2024 only. Further, 1 Automatic Registration Number shall be valid for 1 specific country of Origin and 1 Port of Import only.

Effect of this Public Notice: Procedures for registration of import of Yellow Peas (ITC(HS) Code 07131010) under the Import Monitoring System(YP-IMS) is notified.
