आ.अ. 71(अ).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबंध के अनुसरण में और अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/टीपी/2019 दिनांक 15 जनवरी, 2019 के अधिक्रमण में, निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा, त्रिपुरा सरकार के परामर्श से, नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तंभ (2) में विनिदिष्ट सरकारी अधिकारियों को, त्रिपुरा राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के रिटनिग अधिकारियों के रूप में नामोद्दिष्ट करता है, जैसा कि उक्त तालिका के स्तंभ (1) में ऐसे अधिकारियों के सामने विनिदिष्ट हैः-

New Delhi, the 13th December, 2023

O.N. 71(E).—In pursuance of the provision of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its Notification No. 434/TP/2019 dated 15th January, 2019, the Election Commission hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of Tripura, the officer of the Government specified in column (2) of the Table below as the Returning Officer of Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Tripura as specified in column (1) of the said Table against such officers of the Government :-
