का.आ. 5349(अ).—दिनांक 17.08.2006 को अधिसूचित और दिनांक 16.05.2016 को यथासंशोधित मुख्य वैद्युत निरीक्षक और वैद्युत निरीक्षकों की अर्हता, शक्ति और कार्य नियमावली, 2006 (जिसे इसके बाद "उक्त नियमावली" कहा गया है) के साथ पठित विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 (2003 का 36) की धारा 162 की उपधारा (1) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री ध्वनित शर्मा, डीजीएम (ईएंडएम), जीएमआरसीएल को इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से जीएमआरसीएल में उनके कार्यकाल तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, उपयु र्क्त नियमों में उल्लिखित शर्तों को पूरा करने के अध्यधीन, गुजरात मेट्रो रेल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (जीएमआरसीएल) के लिए वैद्युत निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

उपयु र्क्त उल्लिखित अधिकारी समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित कें द्रीय विद्युत प्राधिकरण (सुरक्षा और विद्युत आपूति से संबंधित उपाय) विनियम, 2010 में दी गई प्रक्रिया के अनुसार, जीएमआरसीएल द्वारा अधिकृ त क्षेत्रों के भीतर अथवा जीएमआरसीएल के नियंत्रणाधीन कार्यों और विद्युत प्रतिष्ठानों के संबंध में/ जीएमआरसीएल से संबंधित प्रचालनाधीन वैद्युत कार्यों, वैद्युत संस्थापनाओं तथा वैद्युत रोलिग स्टॉक के संबंध में अपने अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपने कार्य निष्पादित करेंगे।यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि श्री ध्वनित शर्मा, डीजीएम (ईएंडएम) जीएमआरसीएल के रूप में उन्हें से पे गए कार्यों के संबंध में वैद्युत निरीक्षक नहीं होंगे। 7756 GI/2023 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] वैद्युत निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त व्यक्ति वह प्रशिक्षण लेंगे जिसे कें द्र सरकार इस उद्देश्य के लिए आवश्यक समझे तथा ऐसा प्रशिक्षण सरकार की संतुष्टि के स्तर तक पूरा किया जाएगा। [फा. सं.-42/5/2023-आरएण्डआर]

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2023

S.O. 5349(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section(1) of section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with Qualifications, Powers and Functions of Chief Electrical Inspector and Electrical Inspectors Rules, 2006 (herein after called the "said Rules") notified on 17.08.2006 and as amended on 16.05.2016, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Dhvanit Sharma, DGM (E&M), GMRCL as Electrical Inspector for Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (GMRCL), from the date of this Notification till his tenure in GMRCL or further orders, whichever is earlier, subject to fulfillment of the conditions as mentioned in the said Rules.

The above mentioned officer shall exercise the powers and perform his functions in respect of electrical works, electrical installations and electrical rolling stock in operation within the areas occupied by the GMRCL or in respect of works and electrical installations under the control of GMRCL/ belonging to GMRCL as per the procedure provided in Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulations, 2010, as amended from time to time.

It shall be ensured that Shri Dhvanit Sharma shall not function as the Electrical Inspector in respect of the work assigned to him as DGM (E&M) GMRCL.

The person appointed as Electrical Inspector shall undergo such training as the Central Government may consider necessary for the purpose and such training shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Government.
