का.आ. 5370(अ).—यत:, मै. एवरटॉप टेक्सटाइल एंड अपैरल कॉम्प्लेक्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, ने तेलंगाना राज्य में प्लॉट नंबर सी-2 और सी-3, काकतीय मेगा टेक्सटाइल पार्क स्थित, शयामपेट गांव, गीसुगोंडा मंडल, वारंगल जिले में बहु क्षेत्र की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;

और यतः, के न्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप.धारा (8) के अतंर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य सबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उनको उपयु र्क्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास, प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतू उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) के अतंर्गत दिनांक 6 अक्टूबर 2023 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप.धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2006 के नियम 8 अनुसरण में के न्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त स्थान के 85.047 हेक्टेयर को अधिसूचित करती है। अधिसूचना के लिएसर्वेक्षण संख्या एवं क्षेत्रनीचे तालिका में दिए गए है, अर्थात्ः-

और अतः, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 के प्रयोजनार्थ उपयु र्क्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा, गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार है, अर्थात्-

और यतः, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 53 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 15 दिसम्बर, 2023 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिस तारीख से उपयु र्क्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कं टेनर डिपो माना जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2023

S.O. 5370(E).— Whereas, M/s. Evertop Textile & Apparel Complex Private Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up of a Multi-Sector SEZ at Plot Nos. C2 and C3, Kakatiya Mega Textile Park situated at Shayampet Village, GeesugondaMandal, Warangal District, in the State of Telangana;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above Special Economic Zone on 6th October, 2023;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby notifies the 85.047 hectares. The Survey numbers and the area for notification are given below in the table, namely: -

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely:-

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby appoints the 15th December, 2023 as the date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
