सा.का.नि. 902(अ).—के न्द्रीय माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12 ) की धारा 39 की उप- धारा(6) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आयुक्त, परिषद की सिफ़ारिशों पर, धारा 39 की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित के न्द्रीय माल और सेवाकर नियम, 2017 के नियम 61 के उपनियम (1) के खंड (i) के तहत विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने वाले पंजीकृ त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कारोबार का मूल स्थान तमिलनाडु राज्य में चेन्नई, तिरुवल्लूर, चेंगलपट्टू और कांचीपुरम जिले में है, के लिए माह नवंबर, 2023 की प्ररूप जीएसटीआर- 3ख में विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने की नियत तारीख को दिसंबर, 2023 के सत्ताइसवें दिन तक विस्तारित करते हैं।

G.S.R. 902(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of November, 2023 till the twenty-seventh day of December, 2023, for the registered persons whose principal place of business is in the districts of Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kancheepuram in the state of Tamil Nadu and are required to furnish return under sub- section (1) of section 39 read with clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 61 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
