सा.का.नि. 906.(अ)— के न्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ:- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सिक्का निर्माण ("रामकृ ष्ण मिशन के 125 वर्ष" के अवसर पर स्मारक सिक्का जारी करना) नियम, 2023 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. सिक्के का मूल्यवर्ग – "रामकृ ष्ण मिशन के 125 वर्ष" के अवसर पर कें द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन जारी करने के लिए टकसाल में के वल एक सौ पच्चीस रुपये मूल्य वर्ग का सिक्का ढाला जाएगा ।

(1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. सिक्के की विमाएं और संरचना.- नियम 2 में उल्लिखित मूल्य वर्ग के सिक्के निम्नलिखित विमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अर्थात्:-

4. डिज़ाइन.– सिक्के का डिज़ाइन वह होगा जो इन नियमों की पहली अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट होगा।
5. मानक वजन और अनुज्ञात उपचार – "रामकृ ष्ण मिशन के 125 वर्ष" के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए नियम 2 में उल्लिखित मूल्य वर्ग के ढाले गए सिक्के का मानक वजन और ऐसे सिक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार वह होगा जो इन नियमों की दूसरी अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट है।

अग्र भाग:
सिक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तम्भ का सिंह स्तम्भ शीर्ष होगा, जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दाईं परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा। सिंह स्तम्भ शीर्ष के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक "₹`" और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "125" भी होगा ।
पृष्ट भाग:
सिक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में बेलुर मठ का चित्र होगा। सिक्के के उपरी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "रामकृ ष्ण मिशन के 125 वर्ष" लिखा होगा और सिक्के की निचली परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "125 YEARS OF RAMAKRISHNA MISSION" वर्णित होगा। बेलुर मठ के चित्र के बाईं ओर तथा दाईं ओर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंको में क्रमश: वर्ष "1897" और "2022" लिखा होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2023
G.S.R. 906(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 125 Years of Ramakrishna Mission) Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of One Hundred Twenty Five Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of 125 Years of Ramakrishna Mission.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: -

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of the denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of 125 years of Ramakrishna Mission and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.

ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE RUPEES
OBVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol "₹" and denominational value "125" in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the image of Belur Math. The inscription "रामकृ ष्ण ममशन के 125 र्वष" shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription "125 YEARS OF RAMAKRISHNA MISSION" in English will be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The Year "1897" and "2022" in international numerals shall be written on the left and right side of the image of Belur Math respectively.
