का.आ. 5415(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, उर्वरक (अकार्बनिक, कार्बनिक या मिश्रित) (नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1985 के खंड 38 के उपखंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय उर्वरक समिति का गठन करती है, जिसमें निम्नलिखित सदस्य होंगे, अर्थात्:--

कल्याण विभाग, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली सदस्य संयोजक। 2. समिति की पदावधि, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्ष होगी।
3. समिति के सदस्य, ऐसी समिति की बैठक में भाग लेने के दौरान नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट दरों पर यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगे, अर्थात्: -
(i) समिति का शासकीय सदस्य, ऐसी दर पर यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा, जो उस सेवा के लिए लागू होती है, जिसका वह सदस्य है;
(ii) गैर-सरकारी सदस्य, कें द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा।
4. समिति को आदेश, के अधीन अपने कृ त्यों के निर्वहन करने के लिए कें द्रीय सरकार द्वारा, यथावश्यक कर्मचारियों के ऐसे सदस्य उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2023
S.O. 5415(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 38 of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, the Central Government hereby constitutes the Central Fertiliser Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-
1. Agriculture Commissioner, Chairman;

2. The term of office of the Committee shall be five years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
3. The members of the Committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rate specified below while attending the meeting of such committee, namely:-
4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)](i) an official member of the Committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rate applicable to the service to which he belongs;
(ii) a non-official member shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.
4. The Committee shall be provided with such members of staff, as may be necessary, by the Central Government for carrying out its functions under the order.
