का.आ. 5421(अ).—के न्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से, जिला भू - अर्जन पदाधिकारी,पटना को बिहार राज्य में NH-139 (Old NH-98)) के डिज़ाइन कि.मी 0.000 से डिज़ाइन कि.मी 9.045 (एम्स-फु लवारी-अनीशाबाद-बेउर जेलमोर) तक के एलिवेटेड फ्लाईओवर ४ लेन कार्य में भूमि- अर्जन, रख-रखाव, प्रबंधन एवं संचालन के लिए उक्त उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बन्धित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम अधिकारियों के कृ त्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृ त करती है

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2023
S.O. 5421(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch design Km 0.000 to Design Km 9.045 of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for land Acquisition of Construction of 4 Lane Elevated flyover Section AIIMS-Anishabad-Beur Jail More under district Patna from Design Km 0.00 to Design Km. 9.045 on NH-139 (Old NH-98) ) for Construction, maintenance, management, and operation in the State of BIHAR.
