का.आ. 5454(अ).—दिल्ली के लिए एकीकृ त भवन निर्माण उपनियम, 2016 के खंड 7.26 (अनुलग्नक II, पैरा 1.14) और इसमें किए गए संशोधनों के अनुसरण में, सरकार ने भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेश होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, निम्नलिखित सदस्यों वाली विरासत संरक्षण समिति (एचसीसी) के पुनर्गठन को स्वीकृ ति दे दी है:
1. विशेष सचिव/अपर सचिव, आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय
- अध्यक्ष 2. अपर महानिदेशक (निर्माण), सीपीडब्ल्यूडी

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2023
S.O. 5454(E).—In pursuance to Clause 7.26 (Annexure II, para 1.14) of Unified Building Bye-Laws for Delhi, 2016 and modifications made therein, the Government has approved the reconstitution of the Heritage Conservation Committee (HCC) with the following members for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India or until further orders, whichever is earlier:
1. Special Secretary/ Addl. Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs - Chairman 2. Addl. DG (Works), CPWD
- Member 3. Chief Engineer (Structure) in the Central Design Organization, CPWD - Member 4. Smt. Archana Khanna, (Urban Designer), First Principle Designs - Member 5. Ms. Aishwarya Tipnis, (Conservation Architect), AT Architects
- Member 6. Smt. Nandita Parikh, (Environmentalist), NMP Design
- Member 7. Dr. Archana Verma (Historian), Professor, Deptt. of History, Hindu College - Member 8. Director, National Museum of Natural History
- Member 9. Chief Planner, Town & Country Planning Organisation
