का.आ. 5479(अ).—कें द्र सरकार, अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 का 37) द्वारा यथासंशोधित अखिल भारतीय आर्युर्वज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 25) की धारा 4 के खंड (छ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित संसद सदस्य को नए एम्स के संस्थान निकाय के सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है:

S.O. 5479(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Clause (g) of Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates the following Member of Parliament as member of the Institute Body of new AIIMS:
