आ.अ. 07(अ).— लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की धारा (1) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, असम राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा, असम राज्य में सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी की नियुक्ति से संबंधित अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/एएस-एचपी/2023(2) दिनांक 29 सितंबर, 2023 में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है।

उक्त अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न तालिका के स्तंभ 2 में मौजूदा प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी:-

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2024

O.N. 07(E).—In pursuance of the provision of Section (1) of the Section 22 Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State of Government of Assam hereby, makes the following further amendments to its Notification No. 434/AS-HP/2023(2) dated 29th September, 2023 relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer in the State of Assam.

In column (2) of the table appended to the said Notification, in place of the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted:-
