सं. 46013/29/2015-स्था.—वस्त्र समिति अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 41) की धारा-3 के साथ पठित वस्त्र समिति नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 25.03.2022 के समसंख्यक संकल्प में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए कें द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा वस्त्र समिति के पदेन सदस्य के रूप में श्री गौरव कु मार, आर्थिक सलाहकार के स्थान पर श्री राजीव सक्सेना को तत्काल प्रभाव से नियुक्त करती है:-

No. 46013/29/2015-Estt.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-3 of the Textiles Committee Act, 1963 (41 of 1963) read with Rule 3 of the Textiles Committee Rules, 1965, and in partial modification of this Ministry's Resolution of even number dated 25.03.2022, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Rajeev Saxena, Joint Secretary as ex-officio member to the Textiles Committee in place of Shri Gaurav Kumar, Economic Adviser with immediate effect:-
