का.आ. 143(अ).— रेल संशोधन अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 2 के खण्ड 7 ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सरकार द्वारा नामित जिला भू – अर्जन पदाधिकारी, रोहतास, सासाराम को उक्त अधिनियम के तहत बिहार राज्य के अंतर्गत विशेष रेलवे परियोजना "आरा-सासाराम लाइन से जोड़ने वाली ग्रैंड कॉर्ड में करवंदिया और सासाराम के बीच रेल के ऊपर रेल पुल (8.95 किमी) का निर्माण" के कार्य के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में एतद द्वारा अधिकृ त किया जाता है, जो भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिनियम के प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगा |

NOTIFICATION
Patna, the 5th January, 2024
S.O. 143(E).—In Exercise of Power conferred under clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008, the District Land Acquisition Officer/Rohtas, Sasaram as nominated by State Government, is hereby authorized as Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in the area of the Special Railway Project "ROR between Karwandia and Sasaram connecting GC to Ara-Sasaram line (8.95 km)", in the District of Rohtas, Bihar State with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
