आ.अ. 10(अ).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में और अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/एसके एम-लो.स./2019(1) दिनांक 27 फरवरी, 2019 के अधिक्रमण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग सिक्किम सरकार के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा ''जिला कलक्टर, गंगटोक'' को सिक्किम राज्य में ''सिक्किम संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए रिटर्निंग अधिकारी'' के रूप में नामोद्दिष्ट करता है।

NOTIFICATIONNew Delhi, the 3rd January, 2024
O.N. 10(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its Notification No. 434/SKM-HP/2019(1) dated 27th February, 2019, the Election Commission of India, hereby designates, in consultation with the Government of Sikkim, the "District Collector, Gangtok" to be the "Returning Officer for the Sikkim Parliamentary Constituency" in the State of Sikkim.

आ.अ. 11(अ).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/एसके एम-एचपी/2019(2) दिनांक 27 फरवरी, 2019 और इसके अनुवर्ती संशोधनों का अधिक्रमण करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तंभ (2) में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट सरकार के प्रत्येक अधिकारी को, उक्त तालिका के स्तंभ (1) में यथा-विनिर्दिष्ट सिक्किम राज्य में सिक्किम संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के कार्य-निष्पादन में उनकी सहायता करने के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता है:-

New Delhi, the 3rd January, 2024
O.N. 11(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its Notification No. 434/SKM-HP/2019(2), dated 27th February, 2019 and its subsequent amendments, the Election Commission hereby appoints, each of the officers of the Government as specified in column (2) of the Table below as the Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Sikkim Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Sikkim as specified in column (1) of the said Table in the performance of the functions of such Returning Officer:-
