का.आ. 152(अ).—राष्ट्रीय पटसन बोर्ड अधिनियम, 2008 (2009 की सं. 12) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा 4(ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र के भाग-।।, खंड-3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित वस्त्र मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 29.09.2020 की अधिसूचना सां.आ. 3375(अ) के क्रम में, भारत सरकार एतद्द्वारा इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए राष्ट्रीय पटसन बोर्ड में सदस्य के रूप में लोक सभा के निम्नलिखित दो सदस्यों को नामित करती है:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th January, 2024
S.O. 152(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub Section 4(b) of Section 3 of National Jute Board Act, 2008 (No.12 of 2009) and in continuation to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles S.O. 3375(E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii) dated 29.09.2020 Government of India hereby nominate the following two members of Lok Sabha to serve as member in theNational Jute Board for a period of two years from the date of the Notification:-
(i) Shri Pradan Baruah
(ii) Shri Khagen Murmu
