"संविधान के अनुच्छेद 85 के खण्ड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं एतद्द्वारा राज्य सभा को बुधवार, 31 जनवरी, 2024 को मध्याह्न पूर्व 11.00 बजे नई दिल्ली में समवेत होने के लिए आमंत्रित करती हूँ।
